• During the warranty period, the authorized service center of Qianjiang Electric Vehicles provides free repair and replacement services. Over the "three guarantees" service period and the scope of maintenance, according to the local market conditions and maintenance prices, by the Qianjiang electric vehicle authorized service center to provide paid services.

 

• In order to ensure timeliness, we will arrange for qualified batteries to be randomly sent out when the batteries are replaced through the after-sales system.

• If the product purchased by the user cannot be driven due to product quality problems, the Qianjiang electric vehicle authorized service provider will provide free on-site maintenance services. If the following circumstances occur in the products sold, they do not belong to the scope of warranty services, and users need to pay for maintenance and related services:

  • 1. Based on the "Qianjiang Electric Vehicle Parts three guarantees Standard", exceeding the specified service period and scope.

    2. The user does not correctly use, drive, maintain and adjust according to the instructions for the use of Qianjiang electric products.

    3. The products sold are damaged by rain, ice and snow soaking, smoke, drugs, chemical corrosion, etc., or natural product failure or damage.

    4. Wear and tear is not covered by warranty. Failure or damage caused by force majeure (including but not limited to earthquake, typhoon, fire, flood, social event, mass event, violent crime, etc.).

    5.     6. The user does not carry out maintenance in the authorized service center of Qianjiang Electric Vehicle, refits, disassembles, repairs, and destroys the overall product and the normal use of parts.

    7. Users using non-original parts caused by the damage of electric vehicle parts or unauthorized change of circuit, line configuration.

    8. The user crashes, falls, overloads, speeding and other human factors caused by product failure or damage.

    9. There is no valid three-package certificate, after-sales service card, or purchase product invoice, certificate or card number does not match the product.

    10. Users arbitrarily alter or change the three guarantee service date of Qianjiang electric vehicle products and parts.
